At Pride Watch, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in specific cases as outlined below.
Returns (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
We offer returns only if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
Eligibility criteria:

Unused Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or receipt is required.

Timely Notification: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Unboxing Video (Incorrect Item): If you received the wrong product, a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time is mandatory.
To initiate a return, please email us at pridewatchco@gmail.com with your order details, photos of the issue, and the required video (if applicable).
Once approved, we will share return instructions.
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
Other Returns (Non-Defective Products)
If you wish to return a product that is not damaged or defective, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase is required.

A ₹150 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
For incorrect products, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for undamaged or correctly delivered items.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the return process above. Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 10 business days, subject to stock availability.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
